An Automated Security Monitoring System for Wireless Devices through Anomaly Detection

Wireless devices such as laptops, cell phones, IoT devices have become ubiquitous. To communicate, these devices use various technologies such as WiFi (IEEE 802.11), Bluetooth, Cellular, ZigBee(IEEE 802.15.4), Thread (IEEE 802.15.4), GPS, RFID, NFC, etc. All these devices, through their various protocols, have been under various forms of malicious attacks from hackers. This project intends to build a fairly inexpensive security monitoring system that will be able to monitor most of the wireless technologies we have today. Our system should be able to help us identify automatically and in real-time malicious threats coming to the wireless devices being monitored using machine learning
